If you would like to purchase discounted tickets or request accessible seating for a performance, including wheelchair spaces, please call the Box Office on 01223 503333 email: [email protected].

Only one discount applies and all discounts are subject to availability. Please check with the Box Office at time of booking for available discounts.
All tickets for The Arts Theatre include a booking fee. The booking fee is essential direct income for the Theatre. Because ticket revenue is divided between many different parties, an increase in ticket prices would not necessarily benefit the Theatre. By charging a booking fee we can ensure that every penny goes directly to the Theatre to help us protect its growth and longevity.
We have a dedicated access page on our website detailing our access ticketing scheme, how to book access tickets and access facilities available at The Arts Theatre.
Resold tickets through 3rd party ticketing sites or online via social media channels will not be accepted and tickets will be invalid. If you have a query about returning tickets please speak directly to our Box Office team.
