Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please note that all ticket prices include a per-ticket booking fee.

Please check your ticket details immediately, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are not refundable unless a performance is cancelled for any reason. Exchanges may be made under certain conditions, with at least 48 hours prior notice; please contact the Box Office at [email protected] to check our policy.

We offer ticket refund protection with Secure My Booking. This must be purchased at the same time as your tickets. For more details, visit the Secure My Booking information page. All claims must be submitted directly to Secure My Booking online at https://ticket-refunds.com/.

The Management reserves the right of admission and the right to offer alternative seating.

To avoid disruption, latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable moment, at the discretion of the theatre staff and in consultation with the touring company. 

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, only small bags - no larger than A4 size or a standard handbag - are permitted inside the auditorium. Guests are required to place larger bags in our free cloakroom, for your convenience now located on the ground floor at our St Edward's Passage entrance.

We cannot accept responsibility for the safety and well-being of unaccompanied children, so children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The Arts Theatre Cambridge cannot be held responsible for changes to programmes and casting made by touring companies.

Photography, video and sound recording, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and the use of mobile phones in the auditorium is strictly prohibited.

Tickets that are resold through any third party will be invalid and not be accepted. 

Only food and drink purchased at the Theatre can be consumed on the premises.
