On Sunday 8th March, Matt, Oliver, Sophie and Steven from the cast of Sleeping Beauty joined over 14,000 other runners to take on this year's TTP Cambridge Half Marathon. Also running from the theatre were staff members, Luna and Luke.
Team Arts Theatre made it through the scenic 13.1 mile course and across the finish line, either accomplishing the half marathon distance for the very first time, or achieving personal bests.
With thanks to your sponsorships, and bucket collections at this year’s panto, the team raised over £23,000 towards our Pay it Forward appeal, a ticket subsidy programme which supports children and young people who would otherwise face barriers to accessing the arts.
