Greta Scacchi

Greta has played extensively in theatres around the world. Most recently she appeared at The Orange Tree in She Stoops to Conquer and at the Park Studio 90 in Bette and Joan.

Films include James Ivory’s Heat and Dust (BAFTA nomination for Best Newcomer), White Mischief, Presumed Innocent, The Player, The Browning Version, Looking for Alibrandi (Australian Film Institute award) and He Ain’t Heavy (Australian Critics Circle Award).

Television credits include: BBC’s War and Peace and most recently Bodies and popular Australian series Darby and Joan.

Greta won an Emmy Award and was nominated for a Golden Globe for her role in the TV miniseries Rasputin and was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Broken Trail.
